Business Functional Analyst

Job Description:

Gambit Financial Solutions is a leading European FinTech company developing innovative software for investment advisory. We're looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst (CDI - Permanent Contract) to join our dynamic product team.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, concise functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, developers, architects) to define solutions and user stories.
• Develop detailed specifications and use cases for developers and quality assurance teams.
• Participate in workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist in maintaining application documentation.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software environment (preferably SaaS).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
• A team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience with API-first technology.
• Knowledge of the banking industry (wealth management).
• Experience with modeling techniques (BPMN, UML).
