Implementation services for today's challenges

Our project methodology is based on our experience of developing, implementing and integrating our solutions since 2007. It also incorporates market best practices and, in particular, ITIL and Agile principles.

  1. Project Initial Analysis (PIA)

We typically start with a no-obligation initial project analysis, which includes defining the requirements and outlining the technical and functional specifications, followed by the establishment of user stories and definition of the backlog.

  2. Development

After the workshops, we will begin the development phase, which includes agile sprint testing and the delivery of functional blocks in UAT. This is an agile process that can vary over time due to the constant feedback loop.

  3. Set up and Implementation

The next phase involves the actual implementation with implementation sprints and a client acceptance period, as well as testing the delivered blocks. Depending on the client’s needs, we can offer standardized solutions, but we also engage in co-creation and go beyond the off-the-shelf approach. This approach allows us to move quickly while providing unique differentiation.

  1. Product Squad

Responsible for the development and evolution of our product, led by a product owner and a technical lead.

  2. Project Squad

Responsible for integrating, adapting, and configuring our product for a specific client or project, often referred to as tailor-made.

  3. Multidisciplinary team

These multidisciplinary teams are generally composed of members with diverse skill sets working closely together. Experts (architects, UX/UI designers, database administrators, etc.), organized into chapters, provide additional support to the team on specific topics.

Competitive advantages

1. Comprehensive modules

All the building blocks for the creation of a self-guided, advisor-guided investment advisory or Portfolio Management service.

2. Fast implementation

Using state-of-the-art technology, including an API-first approach and cloud, it is possible to combine modules with transparent integration both in the front (screens) as well as the back (data).

3. Global mutualization, local configuration

All modules have been designed to support multiple use cases, by allowing a local configuration for your specific workflow. The multi-tenant architecture allows for a secure separation of data.
